40 acres is located in Nunnelly, TN.  The track is challenging, yet safe for all riders.  Along a creek the track offers good dirt.  The jumps are built of chert/clay.  The start is 200 ft 90 degree left hander.  The lap times average about 1:30.  The track is on rolling terrain with jumps and whoops.  The track is well groomed.  The facility is very nice with plenty of  parking, a covered pavilion, real restrooms, showers, bike wash and a fully stocked concession area. Camping is free and welcomed.  We offer classes for all ages and skill levels.  We always have medical personnel on site during both practice and race.  We always have flaggers at all practices and races.
